A matching pair of antique oval mahogany and painted top side tables or bedsides from France c1900 – 1920. The tables are adorned with bronze ormulu mounts and feature eagle heads to the top of the tables with the legs terminating in hoof feet. The table tops feature paint effect floral marquetry work based on a musical theme surrounded by a pierced gallery which is protected by glass tops. If marquetry is not to your taste, a distressed mirror top could be added in place of the glass at an additional cost. The bronze legs are wonderfully patinated and aged.
