German Art Nouveau Kayserzinn pewter fish serving tray. Kayserzinn (The Emperor’s Pewter) was the premier maker of the finest quality Pewter in Germany during the Art Nouveau period. They received a Gold medal at the Paris World Exhibition in 1900 amongst other prestigious medals. This piece is likely the work of Karl Geyer (1858-1912), a full time artist.
