Charming riveted galvanised dairy pail with copper plaque. “F. BURTON”.  These old pails make great planters for lavender or herbs ( it would require rust treatment if left outside). Alternatively, fill with flowers and place in your home to create something beautiful and with character. There is an old repair at the bottom, but it now appears to be watertight.
