A useful medium sized,19th century French bistro mirror circa 1880. The cushion frame is finished in original worn gilt showing through to the warm tones of the red bole underneath. Wonderful ageing and cloudiness to the original mercury mirror plate. wit some marks as shown. A very versatile mirror as it can be hung portrait or landscape.
